At YAMI Concept, we provide professional digital interior design services. As all of our products are custom-made digital services, no physical items are shipped.
Digital Delivery
All deliverables are provided electronically via email, cloud storage link, or another agreed digital delivery method.
No printed materials or physical products are included unless explicitly stated.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the selected service and project complexity.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Interior Design Concepts: 3–7 business days
- 2D Floor Plans: 2–5 business days
- 3D Visualizations: 5–10 business days
- Complete Interior Design Packages: 7–21 business days
Custom projects may require additional time depending on their scope.
Project Timeline
Project timelines begin after:
- Payment has been successfully received.
- All required project information has been submitted.
- Measurements, references, and client requirements have been provided.
Delays in providing necessary information may result in an adjusted delivery schedule.
Revisions
If your package includes revisions, revised files will typically be delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on the requested changes.
Additional revisions outside the purchased package may require extra time and additional fees.
Delivery Method
Final files may be delivered in one or more of the following formats, depending on your package:
- JPG / PNG
- DWG (if included)
- 3D Render Images
- Presentation Boards
- Material & Color Palette
- Design Documentation
Files are delivered electronically only.
Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your files within the estimated delivery period, please contact us.
If an incorrect email address was provided by the client, YAMI Concept cannot be held responsible for failed delivery until the correct contact information is received.
Order Completion
A project is considered delivered once the agreed digital files have been successfully sent to the client through the selected delivery method.
