At YAMI Concept, every project is created specifically for each client. Because our services involve custom digital design work, they cannot be returned once work has begun.

1. Payments

All payments made to YAMI Concept are final once the project has started.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are ordering a custom-made digital product tailored to your requirements.

2. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Interior design concepts
  • Space planning
  • 2D floor plans
  • 3D visualizations
  • Renderings
  • Mood boards
  • Material selections
  • Brand books
  • Any custom digital files

Time, expertise, and resources are committed immediately after the project begins, making refunds unavailable.

3. Before Work Starts

If you cancel your order before any work has begun, we reserve the right to issue a refund at our sole discretion, minus any payment processing, administrative, or consultation fees already incurred.

4. Revisions

Your purchase includes the number of revisions specified in your package.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope will be billed separately.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information.
  • Reviewing deliverables promptly.
  • Requesting revisions within the agreed timeframe.

Failure to respond or provide feedback does not qualify for a refund.

6. Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable and custom digital products, completed files cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

7. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to stop the project after work has started, all payments already made remain non-refundable.

Any completed work produced up to the cancellation date remains the intellectual property of YAMI Concept until full payment has been received.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving design work or downloadable files constitutes a breach of this agreement. YAMI Concept reserves the right to dispute any chargeback by providing documentation of communication, project progress, file deliveries, invoices, and payment records.

9. Acceptance

By placing an order, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.
