Welcome to YAMI Concept. By purchasing our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

YAMI Concept provides digital interior design services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior Design
  • Space Planning
  • 2D Floor Plans
  • 3D Visualization
  • Photorealistic Rendering
  • Commercial Design
  • Residential Design
  • Material Selection
  • Furniture Recommendations
  • Design Consultation

All services are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

YAMI Concept reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before work begins.

3. Payment

Full or partial payment may be required before work starts, depending on the selected package.

Prices are listed in the selected currency and may change without prior notice.

All applicable taxes and payment processing fees are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

4. Custom Design Services

Every project is custom-made according to the client's requirements.

Because of the personalized nature of our work, completed design services cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate measurements and project information.
  • Respond to requests for information within a reasonable time.
  • Review submitted work promptly.
  • Approve or request revisions within the agreed timeframe.

YAMI Concept is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect information supplied by the client.

7. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions described in the purchased service.

Requests outside the original project scope may require additional payment.

8. Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only.

Delays caused by missing information, revision requests, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times.

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts, drawings, renderings, presentations, floor plans, mood boards, and other design materials remain the intellectual property of YAMI Concept until full payment has been received.

After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended project.

Clients may not:

  • Resell the files.
  • Claim authorship.
  • Modify the work for resale.
  • Use the work as templates for commercial redistribution.

YAMI Concept retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Third-Party Products

Furniture, lighting, materials, and accessories shown in designs are for design purposes only.

Availability, pricing, and specifications may vary by supplier.

YAMI Concept does not guarantee the availability of any third-party product.

11. Limitation of Liability

YAMI Concept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

12. Chargebacks

By purchasing our services, the client agrees not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for completed or partially completed work.

If a chargeback is initiated, YAMI Concept reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence, including invoices, communications, project files, timestamps, and delivery records, to the payment provider.

13. Right to Refuse Service

YAMI Concept reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a client:

  • Uses abusive or threatening language.
  • Requests illegal or unethical work.
  • Fails to cooperate throughout the project.
  • Violates these Terms of Service.

14. Privacy

Personal information provided by clients is used solely for project communication, payment processing, and service delivery.

YAMI Concept does not sell or share customer information except where required by law or necessary to process payments.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which YAMI Concept is registered, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

16. Changes to These Terms

YAMI Concept reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
